Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

• Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged; they are drawn from our payment processor so the cart and checkout always match.
• All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude taxes and shipping unless shown.
• We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Product photography and colour representation are illustrative; slight variation is normal.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, not when you submit it.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.
• Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period at the then-current price. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
• You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Partial periods are not refunded except where required by law. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for details.
• Failed payments may pause or cancel your subscription after retry attempts.

• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, its APIs, or its accounts.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misrepresent our products or content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not use our email systems to send messages to people who did not request them.
• Access granted to automated agents or integrations is limited to your own account data and may be revoked at any time.

The Fizz name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are owned by Fizz and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any of these rights.

Our products are cosmetic cleansing products, not medical products. Read the ingredient list and stop using a product if irritation occurs. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fizz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
